Q: What is your operating hours?
Our operating hours are listed below:
Sun to Thurs: 12pm to 12am
Fri, Sat: 12am to 2am
Public Holidays Eve: 12am to 2am
Q: What do you mean by "No extra charge for the number of pax"?
We only charge per room per hour and not per pax. Which means if you have 10 pax in our Large Room for 1 hour (peak hour rate of $22 /hr), each person only pays $2.20! So whether there are 5 pax or 10 pax, you only pay one flat rate, no hidden costs!
Q: How many person can fit into your different rooms?
Small Rooms can fit 2 to 3, Medium Rooms fit 6 to 8 and Large Room 8 to 10
Q: How does your Singing Hall works?
We have 5 tables in the Singing Hall, each table can sit 2 to 3 person. If other tables are occupied, each table will have to wait for their turn to sing and will be entitled to 2 songs each turn (pub style).
Q: Can I book the entire Singing Hall for private event?
Yes, you can. Contact us to book in advance.
Q: Do you sell food or drinks?
We do not sell food but we do sell tidbits, soft drinks, mineral water and Heineken (non-alcoholic).
Q: Can I bring my food into your room for consumption?
You can bring your food and consume in the room but kindly clean up before leaving.
Q: Can I bring my own drinks / alcoholic drinks into your premises?
We do not allow outside drinks, you can purchase drinks directlty from us. Kindly note that alcoholic drinks (beer, wine) are strictly prohibited in our premises.
Q: Can we decorate the room to hold a birthday party?
Yes, you can decorate the room, but kindly ensure the decorations are removed thereafter. You can also request to keep your cake in our fridge.
Q: How can I book a room / table?
Q: What should I do if I am late for my reservation?
Kindly call us at 6962 8850 to check if we can hold the room for you (subject to availability). In the event that you are uncontactable and late for more than 15 mins, we reserve the rights to offer the room / table to other customers.
